Join us for an informal Networking Coffee!
We love meeting new people in the Talent Development space here in Kansas City! This event is an informal meet-up, hosted by ATDKC Membership Team. Come join us, buy yourself a drink, network, and learn from other Talent Development professionals in the Kansas City area!

Program Description
Join fellow talent development professionals for our first Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG) of 2026 focused on the real challenges and priorities shaping leadership development today. This interactive session is designed for practitioners who design, deliver, or support leadership programs—and those looking to sharpen their approach with practical, market-tested insights.
During our kick-off SIG, we will highlight the format of the Leadership SIG that includes crowd sourcing, interactive discussion, featured guest speaker, and networking, all in a convenient virtual format. After a highlight of what to expect during the Leadership Special Interest Group, we will have time for discussion and networking.

On the second Thursday of each month, the C&E SIG will hold meet-ups - some will be virtual and others in-person - for facilitated networking, knowledge sharing, and socializing.
